فاعلية الذات لدى طلاب التربية الخاصة في ضوء التطورات الحديثة لجودة العملية التعليمية بجامعة جازان

أُجري هذا البحث في العام (2018-2017)، في قسم التربية الخاصة بجامعة جازان _ المملكة العربية السعودية، هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية الذات طلاب التربية الخاصة في ضوء التطورات الحديثة لجودة العملية التعليمية وبعص المتغيرات (مستوى الدخل، العمر). استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، اعتمادًا على أسلوب الدراسات الارتباطية، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (250) طالبًا من طلاب قسم التربية الخاصة، تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، بلغ حجمها (61) طالبًا من طلاب التربية الخاصة. طبق الباحثان مقياس فاعلية الذات إعداد وتطوير الحسن والأسمري، أحمد (2014)، استخدم الباحثان برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، اعتمادًا على اختبار(ت) للعينة الواحدة، اختبار(ف) التباين الأحادي، ارتباطي بيرسون وسبيرمان، معادلة ألفا كرنباخ. توصل البحث للنتائج الآتية: تتسم فاعلية الذات لدى طلاب التربية الخاصة بدرجة مرتفعة، لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين فاعلية الذات ومتغير العمر، لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين فاعلية الذات ومستوى الدخل. كما خرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها رفع مستوى وعي الطلاب بأهمية فاعلية الذات وأثرها في رفع مستوى التحصيل الأكاديمي، وتعزيز النمو المهني المبكر وتطوير الذات للطالب الجامعي، كما يقترح البحث إجراء دراسة للكشف عن العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات والتفكير الإيجابي والشعور بالمسؤولية.

Self-efficacy among Special Education Students in Light of Recent Developments in The Quality of Educational Process at Jazan University - Saudi Arabia

Abstract:

This research was conducted during the period from (2018-2017) in the Department of Special Education - Jazan University - K.S.A. The research aimed to investigate self- efficacy among special education students in light of recent developments in the quality of educational process and some variables include (age, income level (. The researchers used descriptive method, depending on correlation studies as well as they applied, scale of self- efficacy, it was prepared by a group of researchers, El Hassan, Al- Asmari and Ahmed (2014). The community of this research consisted of (250) students, from students of special education department. Sample was chosen randomly included (61) students from special education students.  Researchers used statistical package for social sciences program (SPSS) depends on T-test for one sample, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), spearmen, Pearson correlation coefficient and the equation of Alpha Cornebach. Finally, the research reached the following results: The level of self- efficacy among special education students is positive (high), no significant correlations between self- efficacy and age, no significant correlation between self- efficacy and income level. Also, the study came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions are: Raising the level of student's awareness of the importance of self-efficacy and its impact in promoting the level of academic achievement, early professional growth and self-development for university students. The research also suggests conducting a study to reveal the relationship between self-efficacy, positive thinking and a sense of responsibility.
